Consent Tows

A consent tow is when you as the owner of the vehicle authorized a wrecker company to tow your car or truck to a specified location, in contrast a non-consent tow is authorized by a police officer, can you authorized a tow in an accident scene in Houston? yes as long as the accident is considered minor and this  do not interfere with the traffic or cause any delay, but if is a mayor accident, then is on the officer discretion who decides.

Non-Consent tows
